How we work
1. Understand the problem
We sit down with the people who will use the software every day, not just the decision-makers. The result is a document describing your current workflow, the bottlenecks, and the scope of the first version.
2. Design the interface and user flows
You click through a prototype before a single line of code is written. Changes at this stage cost far less than changes after development.
3. Build in short iterations
Every 1–2 weeks you get a working build to try and give feedback on. No "wait three months to see the product".
4. Test and hand over
We test features, permissions and performance, migrate your existing data into the new system, train your users, and hand over the source code and documentation.
5. Support after go-live
We monitor for errors, support your users, and add features as your workflow changes.
